My cats also love napping in our room during the day - and the dogs! I have to keep that in mind when I pick out bedding. No whites or creams. The dogs ruin it the first time it rains and gets muddy outside! Great to see new content on your blog too! I miss all your DIY's!willowbird35https://www.blogger.com/profile/18279726036560195237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-14650295680419829202024-03-28T09:08:36.236-04:002024-03-28T09:08:36.236-04:00Had this question as well. Do you then sew the pleating tape to the right side of the fabric, then flip it over and sew again to "tack" it to the lining side of the curtain? Am asking because I have this exact project waiting to be completed. Thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-49435837239541846512024-03-28T06:34:35.046-04:002024-03-28T06:34:35.046-04:00It’s funny that this would be one of the first pos...It’s funny that this would be one of the first posts I read this morning… When I woke up and looked around, I thought, “a goal for me this spring is to refresh the space”.<br />So many good ideas here! I had to laugh because after months of agonizing over a color for my guest room makeup over I also chose Softened Green and I LOVE the way it turned out! I live on a lake with lots of trees and I wanted an outdoor feel to the room. I’ve added pictures of the birds and wildlife we see here. As tie backs for the curtains I used wooden beads with small wooden carved fish hanging off of them and lots of neutral colored texture in the bedding and pillows. It looks so cozy and relaxing. Your guest room is beautiful. Great choice for the color!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-5321568607038036932024-03-22T14:39:07.804-04:002024-03-22T14:39:07.804-04:00I believe this one was satin, but I would highly r...I believe this one was satin, but I would highly recommend a semi-gloss instead.
